- Provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care and chairside support.
- Perform expanded functions within Pennsylvania scope, including restorations, sealants, fluoride treatments, coronal polishing, and radiographs.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and oral hygiene.
- Maintain OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA compliance through proper infection control and sterilization.
- Manage clinical equipment, supplies, and basic lab duties, including temporary restorations.
- Accurately document patient care and maintain clinical records.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient, safe, and exceptional patient care.
- What You'll Bring
- Current Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) license for the commonwealth of PA (Applications will be accepted for those in a certified EFDA program eligible to apply for licensure to be obtained before hire)
- Current DANB Radiation & Health Safety Certification OR eligibility to obtain within first 90 days
- Current CPR (BLS) Certification OR able to obtain within first 90 days
- Proficiency with EHRs and computers (Microsoft Word, internet, electronic charting)
