We're looking for someone who can bring both: polished energy, genuine warmth, and the ability to keep the café experience smooth, fresh, and unforgettable—even when the line is moving. What You'll Create Deliver standout service with a "guest comes first" mindset, making every interaction personal, effortless, and welcoming. Prepare quality coffee beverages, food items, and café offerings with consistency, care, and attention to presentation. Operate the MICROS POS system accurately and efficiently while handling guest orders and payments. Keep your workspace clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next rush. Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and presentation standards—because details matter. Stay calm, confident, and solutions-focused during high-volume periods, special events, and unexpected moments. Pay attention to inventory, guest needs, and the flow of the café; communicate what you see so the team can stay ahead. Help welcome and coach new team members with encouragement, respect, and positive energy. Celebrate individual and team wins while contributing to a supportive, high-performing culture. What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous food and beverage experience required, or equivalent training.
Experience with a POS system preferred.
A flexible schedule and a reliable commitment to your team and guests.
