Role Description:
The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Barbara, CA. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational workflows, including trade processing, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves coordinating with custodians and service providers, preparing reports, and assisting with compliance and documentation requirements. The Operations Associate will also respond to client inquiries, support onboarding processes, and help improve internal procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including process management, data accuracy, and workflow coordination. Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Communication skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and convey information clearly. Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment operations is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with investment or portfolio management systems is an advantage. Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
