About the role
To drive innovation and optimize digital advertising campaigns, the full-time salaried Director of Advertising Operations will manage the execution of multiple ad campaigns, oversee inventory management, and serve as a key support lead for sales and marketing teams in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute the implementation of multiple, concurrent ad campaigns across display and paid social, ensuring timely execution according to contracts and client KPIs
Optimize inventory management for ad placements and provide training to internal team members as needed
Serve as a subject matter expert for quality assurance and troubleshooting within the Digital departmentRequired Qualifications 5+ years of experience in advertising operations, paid social, or audience development, preferably at an agency or publisher
1+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
Proficiency in Google Ad Manager and third-party tracking tags/pixels
Client-facing experience with strong data analysis skills
Well-suited to work in a nimble, highly matrixed environment
