We're seeking a Regional Director Independent Living Sales, to lead occupancy growth across a portfolio of communities while coaching and developing high-performing Community Sales Directors and Sales Counselors. What You'll Do Develop and execute regional sales strategies that increase occupancy and revenue across multiple senior living communities. Champion and coach Prospect-Centered Selling across the region, ensuring Community Sales Directors and Sales Counselors consistently uncover each prospect's motivations, tailor the sales experience, and build lasting relationships that improve conversion rates and resident satisfaction. Coach, mentor, and develop Community Sales Directors to improve performance, close more sales, and build sustainable pipelines. Analyze occupancy trends, market conditions, competitive intelligence, and sales metrics to identify opportunities and adjust strategy. Partner with Executive Directors and community leadership to achieve occupancy, revenue, and customer experience goals. Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness. Leverage CRM data and sales analytics to forecast performance and drive continuous improvement. Evaluate pricing strategies and market positioning to maximize occupancy and financial performance. What We're Looking For We're seeking an accomplished sales leader who combines strategic thinking with a passion for coaching and developing others. Highly preferred: Progressive leadership experience in Life Plan Communities (CCRCs) with a strong understanding of Type A and/or Type B contract models. Multi-community or regional sales leadership experience within senior living. Proven success improving occupancy, revenue growth, and sales team performance. Strong experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales professionals. Experience using CRM platforms, sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management tools. Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ready to lead regional growth and shape the future of senior living?
