Conservation Northwest seeks a Director of Philanthropy to lead all fundraising activities, from donor strategy to events and institutional giving. The role oversees the strategy, planning, and management of a $4M+ annual fundraising program and a team across major giving, institutional giving, and events. The position is hybrid in Seattle, requiring 1–2 days in the office, with occasional travel within Washington.
