Candidate MUST send a copyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Skills in MS ADO, GIT, MS Office, Helix (1+ years of experience)Skills in Angular (1+ years of experience)The candidate will serve as a GIS Analyst supporting multiple highly complex applications primarily for the Department of Environment, Great Lake, and Energy (EGLE) They will collaborate with the development providing advice and guidance, as needed, to development staff while working closely with Project Managers to ensure project quality, milestones, and deadlines are met. They will develop solutions and streamline spatial data needs through the maintenance and modification of existing web, client server, or mobile applications. Additional application development support to address needs of the DNR, EGLE, and MDARD Application Development section may be assigned as needed. Assignment duration: Long term contract projected until 9/30/27 with potential to extend or convert dependent on business need. At the time of hire, the candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship from the State of Michigan Position location: Lansing, MI (HYBRID: Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week upon start. Wednesdays and Thursdays are required on-site days and cannot be altered)*Candidates MUST be local to Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission. This requirement is non-negotiable.
