About the role
To support compliance initiatives within a healthcare staffing agency, the full-time remote State Licensed Licensing Paralegal will manage regulatory filings, ensure adherence to legal standards, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies
Lead or assist with enterprise-level compliance initiatives and projects as delegated
Update and manage regulatory or license renewals, including healthcare staffing agency licenses Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in compliance-related research and implementation
1+ year of experience in regulatory, compliance, certification, or licensing within a corporate framework
Proficient in MS Office and state portal communication methods
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Degree or certification in legal, paralegal, law, or healthcare regulatory work is preferred
