Pilgrim's is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance for Feed Mills to lead QA programs at our mills. The role emphasizes Animal Food Safety, USDA and third‐party certifications, and regulatory compliance. Occasional on‐site audits and collaboration with Technical Services are expected. The director will drive audits, education, and program integrity, ensuring FDA/USDA alignment and 3rd party certification readiness across facilities and supplier programs.
