Create process maps across the delivery lifecycle (requirements gathering, system build, testing, data migration, and deployment), with particular focus on the system build and data migration phases. Identify and quantify waste, delays, and inefficiencies, and analyze metrics to find root causes for why work takes as long as it does. Design future-state Lean processes and new ways of working that reduce program costs and the scope of outside consulting work. Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to recommend and drive process improvements. Partner with data scientists and AI teams to map how people spend their time and identify where GenAI agents could supplement or automate the work. Collaborate with other continuous improvement engineers and Black Belts on the team. Work with stakeholders across the globe, building trust and alignment through clear and respectful communication.
Required Skills & Experience: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.7+ years of relevant experience in continuous improvement or process engineering. Experience supporting SAP implementations or digital transformations (SAP S/4HANA ideal); either one is acceptable. Strong process mapping skills and experience delivering process maps and future-state designs. Ability to identify and quantify waste and to analyze metrics and turn them into clear recommendations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business and technology teams, including talking with technical specialists about how they work. Preferred ExperienceLean Master Black Belt certification. Process transformation experience in digital or non-manufacturing environments. SAP knowledge or experience in digital environments. Exposure to AI or GenAI initiatives, or experience working with data science teams. Experience reducing delivery costs or consulting spend on large programs.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
