Drywall- Construction Project Manager
Location: Tulsa Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of commercial metal stud framing and drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Monitor field progress and proactively address delays or issues
  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings
  • Lead weekly project meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specs, safety requirements, and company standards
  • Assist with manpower planning, logistics, and procurement
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with field and office teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, developers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial framing and drywall projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously (interior build-outs, TI, large-scale commercial, etc.)Strong knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall systems, and acoustical ceilings
  • Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsOSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Must be a self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight
