About the role

Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to support our production facilities as we scale. Based on-site, you will align HR strategy with business objectives, focus on hourly teams, and partner with site leaders to drive engagement and performance. You will lead culture initiatives, handle employee relations, administer programs, ensure compliance, and manage talent and performance with the HRBP to identify gaps and implement solutions.
