The ideal candidate will come directly from an electrical contracting background and have a demonstrated track record overseeing electrical scopes exceeding $25M.This individual will provide leadership across multiple projects while driving financial performance, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development.ResponsibilitiesLead multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously from turnover through completionManage project budgets, forecasting, billing, cash flow, and overall financial performanceReview contracts, purchase orders, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersDevelop project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategiesPartner closely with field leadership to ensure successful project deliveryMonitor project progress and proactively address risks, challenges, and schedule impactsMaintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, consultants, and project stakeholdersConduct project reviews and provide leadership to project teamsEnsure compliance with all company safety standards and industry regulationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and project outcomesMentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and other operations personnelQualifications8+ years of project management experience within the electrical contracting industryExperience managing electrical contract values of $25M+ requiredExperience overseeing projects with total construction values up to $100M+ preferredStrong understanding of electrical construction methods, means, and industry best practicesProven success managing project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and profitabilityExperience reviewing contracts, procurement documents, and change management processesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredPMP or similar project management certification is a plusProficiency with construction management and project controls softwareIdeal BackgroundSenior Project Manager currently working for an electrical subcontractorExperience with large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, semiconductor, healthcare, or data center projectsStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence teams and clients alikeBusiness-minded professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated history of delivering complex projects safely, on schedule, and within budgetQualified candidates interested in learning more about this confidential opportunity are encouraged to apply for a private discussion.Interested in hearing more?
