We are looking for highly qualified candidates to join our exceptional Toyota of Irving family. This is Your Store!!!ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needsWorking with Sales Managers for proper vehicle selectionProfessional and knowledgeable vehicle test drive and purchase option presentation.Work directly with our team and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales processReport to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysesFollow-up with buyers to ensure referral businessMaintain a high level of customer service scores and online reviews.QualificationsWillingness to learn and adapt to the business environment.Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workdayFriendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricingStrong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skillsPrevious experience in sales, customer service, and / or hospitality industry preferred but not required.Bilingual is a plus.Valid driver's license and clean driving recordPhysical DemandsThe physical demands include but are not limited to walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
