This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and create a culture built around continuous improvement and accountability. What You’ll Lead Oversee plant operations and overall manufacturing performance Lead, mentor, and develop 6-8 direct reports Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery Build a high-performing, accountable plant culture Partner cross-functionally to achieve business and customer objectives
What We’re Looking For:
