About the role

Supporting the FP&A function, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will manage month-end variance analysis, develop rolling forecasts, and partner with the Director of FP&A on financial modeling and templates. Key responsibilities Own month-end variance analysis, comparing actuals to plan and explaining key drivers Independently build and maintain rolling forecasts across multiple time horizons, incorporating construction milestones and evolving business drivers Support the development and maintenance of the company's operating budget and conduct ad hoc financial analysis for business decisions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting with ownership of the forecasting process Direct experience in data center, hyperscale infrastructure, colocation, or commercial real estate/construction finance environments Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with FP&A or planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Insights, Anaplan, Planful) is an asset
