About Us: We are a fast-growing company specializing in custom embroidered, DTF and screen-printed apparel. Our team provides end-to-end design support, helping businesses bring their brands to life on clothing and accessories. From logo refinement to final production, everything is handled in-house to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail at every step.
Position Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Graphic Artist with experience in apparel design and production preparation. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creative design with the technical requirements of embroidery, screen printing, and DTF printing.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and optimize customer artwork for production (300 dpi, proper formatting, vector conversion)Digitize logos for embroidery, ensuring clean and precise stitch results Select and adjust thread colors for various garment types (light and dark fabrics)Create and revise design proofs for customer approval Assist with logo placement across apparel (shirts, hats, jackets, bags, etc.)Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs translate accurately to final products Support font selection and maintain branding consistency across all items
Qualifications: Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within apparel decoration Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar design tools)Experience with embroidery digitizing software (preferred)Strong understanding of screen printing and DTF processes Knowledge of color theory and print production requirements Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
