Administrative Associate 3Market Range: 06 | Hiring Salary: $19.67/HourlyThe Administrative Associate 3 manages all Department of Medicine (DOM) special projects, including faculty affairs tasks, student/fellows' education needed processing, finance office-related tasks, as well as Chair's office special project tasks.
Responsibilities: Manages reappointment letters. Manages medical student letter processing. Assists the P&T committee chair with promotion processing, including gathering paperwork and managing the P&T committee's voting and documentation submission. Manages the DOM SharePoint and OneDrive data. Updates the DOM database information. Performs final review of all documents before submission to the Dean's office or DASH.Performs other related duties as assigned. QualificationsEDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of administrative/clerical experience; OR Associate's Degree and two (2) years of work-related experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in lieu of experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Ability to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Knowledge of and experience using databases. Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
