About the role
1000 Kyndryl, Inc. is seeking an Industrial‑Organizational Psychologist or Psychometrician to lead talent analytics within the People Science team.
You will drive advanced analytics, validate psychometrics, and translate insights into business impact for leadership and workforce strategy. You will oversee a 5‑person analytics team, collaborate with engineers, HR, and executives, and influence enterprise strategy and thousands of employees globally.
