About the role

Fulchester Consultants is seeking a commercially minded, operationally rigorous leader to drive growth and performance across a defined US business remit. This senior role is suited to an executive who can turn strategy into measurable commercial and operational results. You will shape US growth strategy, lead go-to-market priorities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and align Business Development, Sales, and Operations around clear performance goals.
What You’ll Do: Lead US growth strategy, strategic planning, and go-to-market execution. Own delivery against agreed revenue growth, P&L management, customer, and operating-performance objectives. Build disciplined performance-management routines, forecasting, reporting, and commercial reviews. Partner across sales, marketing, product, technology, finance, and operations to remove barriers to growth. Develop strategic partnerships and represent the US business with senior customers and stakeholders. Provide executive leadership that strengthens accountability, operational excellence, and sustainable results. What You’ll BringSenior leadership experience in a business unit, market, region, division, or operating company. Strong capability in growth strategy, business development, revenue growth, strategic planning, and performance management. Experience with P&L accountability, commercial operations, and cross-functional leadership. Background in Business Consulting and Services, IT Services and IT Consulting, or Technology, Information and Internet would be valuable. The judgement and communication skills to convert commercial opportunity into practical execution.
