Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift | Rotating Weekends
Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay: $32.00 - $37.92/hr Night Differential: $2.50/hr Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform accurate and timely laboratory testing in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities: Perform routine and STAT testing in Chemistry, Hematology, and Blood Bank. Review and report patient results accurately and on time. Perform quality control, calibration, and proficiency testing. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. Handle critical specimens and results according to established procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements: Associate Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Florida Technologist License required.1+ year of Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
