We are seeking a client-focused Onboarding Consultant responsible for supporting a structured, consistent, and timely onboarding experience for new member agencies. This role serves as a key administrative and coordination resource, helping ensure onboarding activities are organized, required materials are collected, member follow-up is completed, and internal stakeholders remain informed throughout the onboarding process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Lead the execution of onboarding engagements by developing and managing implementation plans, coordinating milestones, and ensuring members achieve onboarding objectives within established timelines Guide agencies through onboarding requirements, operational processes, systems, resources, and available services to promote readiness, adoption, and realization of membership value Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align resources, facilitate knowledge transfer, and ensure the successful integration of new member agencies into Renaissance Monitor onboarding progress, maintain visibility into readiness and implementation status, and proactively address risks, dependencies, and obstacles that may affect outcomes Provide timely communication, consultative support, and issue resolution throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring members remain informed, supported, and positioned for success Analyze onboarding performance, member feedback, and key implementation metrics to identify opportunities to strengthen effectiveness, improve member satisfaction, and enhance business results Champion continuous improvement by refining onboarding methodologies, tools, resources, and best practices while ensuring adherence to organizational standards, contractual commitments, and compliance requirementsQUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIESStrong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, agencies, and documentation requests simultaneously. Comfortable communicating with external agency contacts and internal business partners. Experience using Microsoft Office tools, trackers, shared files, and workflow or ticketing systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues that require escalation. Insurance, agency operations, onboarding, customer service, or administrative coordination experience preferred. Experience with AMS360 or other Broker Management Systems preferred (EPIC, Hawksoft, QQ)Insurance agency experience or working knowledge of insurance industry concepts strongly preferred (separate this from the last bullet)Self-motivated with strong initiative and a desire to develop a career in sales leadership Relational-- exhibits a confident demeanor, a positive attitude, and genuine friendliness.
