About the job Civil Engineering Project Manager – Land Development - RibbitZ Our client RibbitZ is looking for Civil Engineering Project Manager - Land Development.
Job Description Position Summary The Civil Engineering Project Manager (Land Development) will lead design teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality site and residential development projects. This role is responsible for technical leadership, project execution, client satisfaction, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Lead site development and residential land development projects
Direct internal design teams and subconsultants
Develop scopes, cost proposals, and negotiate contracts
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
Maintain and grow client relationships
Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering staff
Ensure QA/QC and technical accuracy throughout projects
Apply strong civil engineering and technical expertise
Manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
8+ years of relevant land development experience
Arizona PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months
Proven client relationship and contract negotiation experience
Strong ability to manage technical teams and projects
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
