🚨 Hiring: Sr. Manufacturing Quality Engineer | Rutherford, NJ | Onsite We are hiring 2 Senior Quality Engineers with 8+ years of manufacturing quality engineering experience to support plant operations for data center chiller manufacturing.
📍 Location: Rutherford, NJ (onsite)👥 Openings: 2🕐 Experience: 8+ years🏭 Industry: Manufacturing / HVAC / Refrigeration / Industrial Equipment🔧 Key Responsibilities• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes and product quality• Lead RCCA, 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, and corrective/preventive actions• Develop quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols• Conduct manufacturing process audits and drive defect reduction• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams• Support new product introduction and quality validation• Analyze quality metrics using SPC, Minitab, Excel, and other statistical tools• Train production teams on quality and problem-solving practices• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASHRAE, and applicable standards🎯 Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field• 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, or industrial equipment preferred• Strong knowledge of 8D, FMEA, RCCA, Six Sigma, SPC, and QMS• Experience with ISO 9001 compliance• Knowledge of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and measurement tools• Hands-on experience with welding, brazing, assembly, and testing• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills📩 Interested candidates can DM me or share their updated resume.#Hiring #Quality Engineer #Manufacturing Jobs #Senior Quality Engineer #Manufacturing Engineering #HVACJobs #Quality Engineering #RutherfordNJ #Engineering Jobs #NJJobs
