Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion ArchitectLocation: Phoenix, AZ – HybridExperience: 10–14 YearsPosition SummarySeeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Architect specializing in Oracle Fusion applications and integration. The Architect will design resilient hybrid solutions connecting Oracle Fusion SCM and HCM with enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud, XSLT, XML, and JSON.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions integrating Supply Chain and Human Capital processes.Design integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud.Develop and optimize XSLT, XML, and JSON mappings.Design scalable hybrid architectures combining on-premises systems with:Oracle Fusion SCMOracle Fusion HCMOracle Fusion MiddlewareAnalyze complex business requirements and translate them into solution designs.Guide project teams on OIC and middleware integration best practices.Review and optimize XSLT transformations and XML schemas.Optimize JSON payload structures.Collaborate with SCM and HCM functional experts.Ensure master data alignment and workflow continuity.Define non-functional requirements around:PerformanceScalabilityResilienceSecurityProvide technical guidance throughout implementation.Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams.Create architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and configuration guides.Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.Evaluate Oracle Fusion platform enhancements and integration trends.Required SkillsOracle Integration CloudOracle Fusion SCMOracle Fusion HCMOracle Fusion MiddlewareXSLTXMLJSONEnterprise Application ArchitectureHybrid integration architectureIntegration troubleshootingSolution design and architectureStakeholder managementQualifications10–14 years of enterprise application architecture experience.Strong Oracle Fusion and integration background.Hands-on OIC experience.Strong XSLT, XML, and JSON expertise.Experience designing secure and performant hybrid integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills.Knowledge of Oracle Cloud roadmap and integration best practices.CertificationPreferred: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect or Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification.
