About the role
Gusto seeks a Staff Product Engineer for Growth Onboarding to own the end‑to‑end signup-to-activation experience, applying AI to reimagine onboarding and reduce friction for small businesses.
You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and other engineers to prototype 0-to-1 experiences, ship quickly, and raise the bar for technical excellence while shaping the front door to our platform.
