About the role

Leading the strategy and execution of a new AI-native platform, the full-time Director of Strategic Initiatives will manage end-to-end program delivery, oversee cross-functional alignment, and ensure the successful migration and adoption of AI applications, all within a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program delivery, managing governance, risks, and execution across multiple workstreams Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure platform capabilities deliver measurable business value and sustainable adoption Embed responsible AI and compliance requirements into platform delivery while identifying and mitigating risks
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field 7-10+ years of program management experience in complex, cross-functional technology programs Experience leading architecture, engineering, product, and data science stakeholders for platform modernization Proven ability to influence senior executives and align diverse stakeholder groups Experience developing and monitoring KPIs to track delivery performance and business outcomes
