About the role

Ross Stores is seeking a Director, Real Estate of Supply Chain Properties to be located at our Dublin, CA office. This role leads planning, budgeting, entitlements, construction, and disposition for distribution centers nationwide, and manages leased facilities portfolio. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, develop capital budgets, and ensure regulatory and company standards are met. Travel up to 50% and strong financial acumen are required.
