What You'll Do:
Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts
Provide leadership, direction, and support to crew members
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and execution
Train, coach, and develop team members
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support cash handling and daily operational tasks
Create a positive and productive work environment
Help drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Assist the General Manager with operational duties such as food ordering, inventory, scheduling, and weekly reporting.
Help ensure smooth restaurant operations and execution of company standards when the General Manager is not present.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Recent restaurant or food service experience required
Previous restaurant leadership experience required
Serv Safe certification preferred (additional compensation available for certified managers)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Sense of urgency, integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
