Serving as a trusted advisor to operational, clinical, and executive leaders, the full-time remote California Licensed Financial Consultant will drive measurable improvements in financial and operational performance by leveraging advanced analytics and strategic finance methodologies.
Key responsibilities: Transform complex data into actionable insights and performance frameworks to support organizational initiatives Develop and maintain complex analytical and financial models to quantify impact and identify performance improvement opportunities Collaborate with hospital leaders to achieve strategic, operational, and financial objectives through effective communication and influenceRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field 4+ years of experience in healthcare finance, financial planning and analysis, or related fields Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with experience in building complex analytical models Strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex information to various organizational levels Demonstrated ability to influence decisions across multiple organizational levels without direct authority
