On Call Rover

Pay: $15.80/hr with a $20 monthly cell phone allowance. Location: Central Point Costco.

Role & Responsibilities: Represent Kendal Floral by merchandising and selling fresh-cut flower bouquets and arrangements at Costco. Manage daily inventory, including receivable counts and product "outs". Maintain cooler merchandising standards and quality through daily grooming and water changes. Ensure a clean cooler and work area, providing excellent customer service to Costco members. Develop positive relationships with the Costco team. Perform bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs, including rolling racks. Read and follow merchandising schematics, with good communication and self-management skills. Adhere to safety protocols and use proper equipment as needed. Qualifications & Skills Must be 18+ years old with a strong work ethic and people skills. Ability to stand, walk, and lift regularly throughout shifts. Pass a 7-year criminal background check. Preferred experience in sales, merchandising, customer service, warehouse, or retail. Flexibility to work a minimum of three days per week and during holiday promotional periods, including holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day.
