Operations Assistant Manager (On-Site)Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable leader who can support store operations and help a team provide great customer service. Retail or resale experience is helpful, especially in supervising employees, handling cash, or using point-of-sale systems. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are important. This is an on-site role. Core Purpose Support the Store Manager with daily operations, inventory management, and team development. Build Real-World Business Skills Gain hands-on experience in retail operations, including inventory, merchandising, customer relationships, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Help oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store policies. Support the buying process by reviewing items customers bring in, selecting items that meet store guidelines, and paying cash on the spot. Coordinate tagging, merchandising, and inventory replenishment. Help schedule, guide, and coach team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store.
Qualifications: Retail or resale management experience is helpful. Cash-handling experience, familiarity with point-of-sale systems, and strong communication skills are preferred. A dependable work ethic and ability to support and motivate a team are essential.
