About the role

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Head of Operations & Supply Chain to lead U.S. operations across supply chain, inventory, logistics, after‐sales, and 3PL partnerships, while building and managing a growing operations team.
Key Responsibilities: Own and optimize U.S. inventory across warehouse, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce, including forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and KPIs. Oversee retail merchandising operations, B2B/B2C order management, invoicing, and customer service. Monitor wholesale sell‐through and stock performance; recommend corrective actions. Lead U.S. after‐sales (Repair & Care) operations, including workflows, logistics, and external workshops. Manage transportation, customs compliance, logistics costs, and event‐related shipments. Oversee 3PL and warehouse performance, ensuring rigorous stock control and quality standards. Lead and develop a team of 6–8, partnering cross‐functionally with U.S. teams and global HQ to build scalable processes.
About You: 5+ years of experience in luxury operations or supply chain; jewelry, watches, or fashion preferred. Proven people leader with experience managing complex, multi‐channel operations. Strategic yet hands‐on, with strong analytical, ERP, and Excel skills. Service‐oriented, detail‐driven, and comfortable working in fast‐paced, international environments. French fluency and experience with CEGID or M3 are a plus.
