This high-trust position offers early-career professionals a unique opportunity to gain foundational experience in operational excellence within a rapidly growing organization. You will report to the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on discretion, responsiveness, and organizational efficiency.What you will do:Keep the day-to-day rhythm of the Office of the CEO running smoothly, working in close partnership with the Executive Assistant, who sets daily priorities and direction.Own personal and off-site support for the CEO, including errands, personal appointment scheduling, and time-sensitive requests that fall outside standard business hours.Act as a true extension of the Executive Assistant, absorbing scheduling, follow-through, and standalone projects so the Office of the CEO stays focused on its highest-value work.Serve as the communication liaison between the Office of the CEO and internal stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is timely, clear, professional, and handled with discretion.Coordinate all domestic and international travel end to end, from flights, ground transportation, and accommodations through detailed itineraries, and adjust in real time when plans shift.Support external visits and internal gatherings hosted by the Office of the CEO, from early planning through on-site execution and follow-up.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant role or related position to provide direct personal support to the CEO.Trustworthy to the highest degree: discreet, professional, and comfortable handling confidential info.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and applications, such as: MS Outlook, inbox management, and MS Lists.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to carry out work and other related tasks.24/7 mindset: availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.Hyper detail-oriented: you don't let anything slip.What Will Set You Apart:Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-volume fast paced role.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.Demonstrated experience supporting executives or working in high-trust environments requiring discretion and professionalism.Interest in advanced industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, or frontier technology.Additional Information:This position requires physical activities such as standing, bending, reaching, sitting, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.Occasional travel required, primarily to provide support for onsite visits, meetings, or launches involving the Office of the CEO.Compensation:For this role, the target salary range is $115,000 - 130,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
