About the role

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. This role ensures alignment with team KPIs and WOW Operating Way standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of OE guidelines, and basic computer skills.
