About the role

Leading customer deployments and adoption journeys, the full-time remote Product Engagement Manager will guide clients through implementation, enhance engagement strategies, and act as a product strategist to unlock value and drive AI adoption. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end customer deployments and adoption journeys from discovery to value realization Own customer engagement strategies to increase adoption and expand platform utilization Act as the product strategist for strategic accounts, aligning customer goals with Mindtickle's capabilities Required qualifications 5+ years in SaaS, Professional Services, Customer Success, or similar roles Strong product and systems thinking with the ability to connect business outcomes to technical solutions Demonstrated experience in driving SaaS deployment and customer transformation programs Confidence navigating integrations, APIs, and complex customer environments Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with executive leaders
