About the role
Inspired Living Alpharetta is seeking a Director of Business & People to lead our HR operations, focus on people experience, and ensure smooth payroll, benefits, and compliance. You’ll partner with leaders to recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team in a warm, hospitality-driven setting.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication, and prior supervisory roles. Healthcare or hospitality HR experience is a plus; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
