Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour Opportunity forpermanent hire at a higher pay rate Up to 20 hours of overtime per week during peak production seasons
Job Responsibilities: Operate computer-controlled production systems used to process and mix raw material ingredients. Monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate operation. Troubleshoot machine and process issues with limited supervision. Complete daily production checklists, equipment inspections, and calibration checks. Maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Operate a forklift to move and transport raw materials and finished products. Conduct routine safety inspections and audits on production equipment. Clean, inspect, and maintain machinery before, during, and after production runs. Accurately identify materials and follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience preferred. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve operational issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Must be comfortable working in adusty indoor and outdoor environmentin all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity. Ability to lift up to 50 poundsregularly. Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift. Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks. Must be willing to workmandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays when required. \nCompany
