Leasing & Office Administrator (Cowork)WinnCompanies is in search of a dynamic Leasing & Office Administrator (Cowork) to join our team at The Truette, a 220-unit luxury, mixed-use apartment community located in Dover, NH.In this role, you will be the face of the co-work and apartment rental leasing office ensuring a positive experience for all members, prospective members, residents and prospective residents, and the general public who visit the property. The ideal candidate will focus on maximizing space occupancy by attracting, touring, and signing new members and residents while retaining existing ones through high-quality service. Key duties include managing tours, negotiating, using CRMs, and networking. This role is a hybrid of sales, customer service, and community management.The pay range for this role is $19.23-$24.04 plus commission dependent on experience. The selected candidate will adhere to the following on-site schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.Responsibilities:Conduct tours for prospective members and residents, negotiate contracts and leases, and close sales and leases for desks, private offices, conference rooms and apartment homes.Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a high-quality experience for residents, members and guests.Network with local businesses, startups, and brokers to generate leads.Create and maintain social media presence.Create and maintain marketing collateral.Maintain accurate records in CRMs, manage lease documents, and process billing or member and resident contracts.Ensure the facility is pristine ("curb appeal") and ready for tours.Requirements:High school diploma or GED equivalent.Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which, include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web based applications.Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing with internal and external customers.Excellent customer service skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Flexibility to adapt to various situations and business needs.Ability to resolve complex issues.Preferred Qualifications:Associate's degree.Experience with Asana, social media, and Microsoft products.Experience in the hospitality and customer service industry in a customer facing role.Benefits & Perks Eligible full-time U.S. employees enjoy a competitive benefits package, including:Generous paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, a floating holiday, and a day of serviceMedical, dental, and vision coverage, plus HSA, FSA, and dependent care savings options401(k) with company match and company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability insuranceTuition reimbursement, professional development opportunities, and career growth resourcesWellness programs, employee assistance resources, commuter benefits, and employee discount programsFlexible and hybrid work options for eligible positions
