(e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications Knowledgeable in Omni Studio Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements Understand and articulate when and how to use declarative vs. developer tools and solutions Support the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with architectural standards Designing solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Platform Dev I, Platform App Builder, or architect are a plus.
