Pay: $80,000–$100,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned residential programs and locations. Coach house leads on scheduling, documentation, and team member development. Monitor compliance with treatment plans, licensing requirements, and safety procedures. Partner with clinical leadership on admissions, discharges, and complex cases. Review incident reports, audits, and quality metrics and follow up on corrective actions. Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention for frontline residential roles.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent leadership experience in behavioral health. Experience supervising residential or community-based programs for youth or adults. Strong communication skills with team members, families, and community partners. Comfort with electronic records, scheduling systems, and operational reporting.
