Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 8 Months We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Program Manager to support supplier onboarding, contracting, commercial negotiations, and supplier management initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, legal, finance, procurement teams, and external suppliers to drive successful vendor engagements from initial selection through program launch and ongoing governance.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, outsourcing, or related functions. Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships. Strong understanding of contract management, pricing models, supplier governance, and commercial negotiations. Proven program management experience working across business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party suppliers. Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive-level communications. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting AI, machine learning, data services, or large-scale operational programs. Experience working with BPOs, outsourced service providers, or global supplier ecosystems. Experience with supplier performance management and governance frameworks. Ability to evaluate supplier cost models and identify key ROI drivers.
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding processes, including intake, reviews, contracting, payment setup, and launch activities. Support commercial negotiations, contract amendments, renewals, and supplier agreements. Track and manage multiple supplier engagements simultaneously while ensuring key milestones are met. Partner with sourcing managers and business stakeholders on supplier governance and performance management activities. Develop clear executive-ready summaries, status reports, and business updates. Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and business teams to resolve issues and drive approvals. Maintain project plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams. Support supplier business reviews and ongoing relationship management efforts. Analyze commercial terms, pricing models, and supplier cost structures to support informed decision-making.
