Hours: Business Hours (8am-4pm / 9am-5pm M-F) 40 hours/week

Brookfield, WIONSITE at least 3 days/week Local candidates highly preferred (within 45 minute commute) Scope of WorkThe contract Web Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and supporting public-facing website, ensuring content accuracy, regulatory compliance, accessibility standards, and a seamless user experience. Day-to-day content updates through the CMSProduct pages, landing pages, banners, and promotional content Rate and disclosure updates Scheduled deployments and content releasesQA testing before and after each release Accessibility compliance — ADA and WCAGPerformance monitoring and reporting Tag and tracking verification on new content First stop for inbound website requests and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing website content through a content management system (CMS), coordinating updates with cross-functional teams, performing quality assurance reviews, monitoring website performance, and providing basic technical troubleshooting. This role serves as a key resource for Marketing, Product, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate website updates throughout the contract period. Hands-on experience in a web CMSHTML and CSS you can work in, not just read Enough JavaScript to troubleshoot Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Looker Studio reportingSEO fundamentalsADA and WCAG accessibility standards Organized and communicative — you’re fielding requests from four teams at once
Preferred Qualifications:
- Kentico specifically
- Siteimprove or a comparable accessibility monitoring tool
- A regulated industry where legal reviews content before it ships
