Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; life sciences or clinical background preferred 2+ years of medical device or surgical sales experience
  • Experience selling into hospital and surgical environments
  • Strong understanding of operating room protocols and sterile field standards preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United StatesValid driver's license and ability to travel by air as needed
Must Haves:
  • Coordinate and execute product trials, evaluations, and conversions within hospital systems
  • Deliver hands-on training and in-services tailored to surgeons, OR nurses, and tech staff
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving value analysis committees and clinical decision-makers
  • Build and maintain relationships across multiple specialties including General Surgery, GYN, Urology, and Bariatrics
  • Track pipeline activity, account progress, and forecasting using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support national accounts and large health systems
  • Preferred Background & Skills:
  • Experience with laparoscopic surgical products
  • Prior operating room experience (clinical or sales support)
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate with surgeons at a high level
  • Experience navigating IDNs and large hospital systems
  • Highly self-motivated with strong territory management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product details
  • Comfortable presenting to both small clinical groups and large audiences
