About the role

Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, LLC is seeking a Product Implementation Specialist to configure and implement Cast & Crew products for customers. You will handle customer workflows, approvals, form mappings, and account code setups, while guiding users through go-live and training. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product Solutions, and Payroll teams to onboard clients, perform testing, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
