About the role
- Provide hybrid supervision(a combination of in-person and remote, based on clinical and client needs)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs with an emphasis on ethical, compassionate, and effective care
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and residential or group home staff
- Modify programming to account for environmental triggers, trauma history, and setting demands
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- North Carolina LBA License
- Must live in North Carolina, have the ability to relocate or travel
- Strong knowledge and experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
