About the role
To support customer inquiries, the remote Texas Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls regarding insurance policies, manage billing inquiries, and assist with policy modifications while undergoing training and licensing.
Key responsibilities:
Manage high volumes of inbound calls related to insurance policy inquiries and billing issues
Assist customers with coverage information, policy endorsements, and modifications
Focus on billing inquiries while awaiting state licensing, ensuring excellent customer service
Required qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
Open availability during operating hours is essential
Ability to complete collegiate-level coursework for state licensing exam preparation
