You will set standards for service, quality, and team performance, ensuring customers receive excellent product and experience from morning coffee to afternoon delights. You’ll recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate promotions. This role requires upbeat leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced retail setting.
