About the role

Marsh seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Compensation Consulting team, focusing on broad-based rewards, job architecture, evaluation, and compensation strategy. Based in the Northeast (preferably New York), this hybrid role requires at least three days onsite. You will advise senior leaders, lead engagements, and translate architecture into tech-enabled rewards solutions across HRIS and related platforms.
