Job Full Description: Schedule Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM. Overtime Available.
About the Role: We are seeking a Light Manufacturing Associate to join our growing production team. This position focuses on small-batch manufacturing of tallow-based skincare products and hand-poured candles in a hands-on production environment. Every day is different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. As a Production Associate, you will support daily manufacturing operations, product production, packaging, and quality-focused processes while following established procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of manufacturing and production tasks based on daily business needs Follow written procedures and production instructions exactly to maintain product consistency and quality Work safely around heated equipment and melted waxes/oils used during the manufacturing process Remain flexible and willing to assist with different production tasks each day
Requirements: Reliable attendance and punctuality for every shift Comfortable standing for 8+ hours during production shifts Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Able to work around heated equipment and melted wax/oils (up to approximately 180°F)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures exactly. Consistency is more important than speed. Basic reading, writing, and simple math skills, including measurements and counts
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food service, assembly, packaging, or general labor environments is a plus, but not required Experience working in a production, warehouse, or light industrial setting is beneficial Apply Today!
